Once your site start getting traffic you have to decide how to get these visitors to either call you by providing a phone number on your site. Or you can site up a free offer or some other function to collect vistors' info.

You now have a list of email addresses that you can market to. Now onto conversion in the next step.

One of the best things about the realtor I am currently with is there is a spot on the contract asking for their email address. It is a very targeted list I am building.

The more targeted the better for conversion.

The most important and the beneficial target is conversions either it can be through emails or phones. While conversion you can easily build a traffic and increase the rating or the people. and if your site get trafic and all users visit it the the rating will increases.
