I really liked Ann's very useful post about building a website, but have a question. Have you personally seen a boost in profit since doing this?

yes, I get over 1000 visitors per month to all of my mortgage sites and if my conversion rate is super low I can covert and closed on 1% of those visitors that comes out to 10 deals per month. With a average commission of 2k per deal times 10.. I'm sure you can do the math.

I did this for a number of years, then I decided to retire and do some traveling. So the answer is  a big yes.
