Hello Everyone,

I would like to introduce myself, an ex-mortgage broker with 8 years of experience. It was tough to quit, but I stood in there until about a year ago. I decided to invest my time and money into generating mortgage leads for proffessionals like myself, since my company already had 5 websites generating leads.

Before the websites, I used to purchase leads, from various places and spend thousands of dollars, but very few of them seemed to work or even last. At this time, my company generates all of the leads and we ONLY sell them on an exclusive level. This is our business model, becasue we want to be different and deliver what I always used to search for in the market.

I know the economy is very different now, and one must ask why take a risk to invest. Well, since we do provide people who just inquired about refinacing in real time, and provide the lead excusively, this ups your conversion rates.

At the moment our hottest product is Fha Stremlines since the underwriting guidelines are less strict compared to existing conventional loans. We also have Fha qualified leads for refinances and purchases.

If this is something you may want to consider, feel free to visit our website at:

The  second thing to know about the public is that most people have relatively coherent sets of beliefs about how the world operates and should operate. These are combinations of values that we hold about what matters, and how we should live our lives,Oxfam has been recognized as ” charity by Charity Navigator; and is accredited by the BBB and the Institute of Philanthropy. From everything I know they do some good things around the world: Feeding the hungry, and responding to the victims natural disasters and conflicts.

Hello and good day to you. this sounds like a great idea, I'd be more interested in generating leads for this company instead of buying leads for it. ill check it out to see if i can do that. thanks for the info though.
