I have been trying to research some marketing ideas for a mortgage company I do work for. I am doing a newsletter and a email newsletter. My market is the high end homes on the southern California coast., mainly orange county beach cities. Anyone with any good ideas please let me know.

Marketing and advertising are not that clean cut you have to try different approaches and track your expenses and responses to come up with a mixture of methods that reach your goal.

The best way is to gain knowledge and advertise the concept. You have to do the best by using a planning strategy concept. than kyou very much.

Have you considered Google local search? You can get a listing with Google for your local community so people can find you when they search for your services locally.

You might consider making a deal with a high end spa or car dealership to give their clients a coupon for a free consultation. Your partner (the spa or dealership or other high end business) gets a freebie to give to their clients and you get pre-qualified leads who come to you looking for information about their mortgage.
