It is rather easy to get into the business. It's finding the clients that can be challenging. Good luck with your decision.

1. processor
2. loan officer
3. underwriter
4. closer
5. title examiner
6. doc recorder
7. doc prep
8. mortgage broker

yes, but all will be few and under pay. dont forget, there is 9% unemployment and plenty of qualified people looking for work. Good luck!

Hello Mothersuperior - in the current climate the sales related roles will be easiest to pick up as they are typically remunerated on a performance basis.

To be sucessful in any finacial services field though, you really need to know your stuff, you need to convince your customers that you know what you're doing and there are probably some stiff legisalative penaltis associated with giving bad or factually incorrect information so don't jump into this field unprepared.
