I am about to buy my first house at the age of 23. Anyway, I have found the house I have always wanted. Now does anybody have a recommendation of which mortgage broker I should use? Thanks in advance.

When I closed on my first house, I used a local mortgage broker instead of a national mortgage broker. I would find a small, local broker.

I would go with a first homebuyers loan. you can buy with no money down and get the $8000 tax credit.

you should have to meet a broker in your area and consult about the mortgage rates the banks are giving. then you will have to decide what plan you have opt for the better payment of the mortgage. But be careful in choosing the plan after all you have to repay the whole amount.

I am completely agree with what Ramsey said and it is very essential for those who are new to mortgage as after consulting to any mortgage agent one can get better feed so that they can move further and file for mortgage.

Yes i agree , You should go to some local broker to buy a house. Because prices of houses may vary region to region even.  Embarrassed
