Hello everyone,

A Realtor called me today and ask me is there anyway he can help...

I told him to look for any property in the best area that sells and the price range that sells the most, that's been on the market for more then 90 day...

he then ask me how and where can I get the money...

I told him i got a list of buyers that would buy the property...

and i was going to use the no money down method...

and he did want to work with me...

Does anybody knows why?

Not all of them all like that. There are many nice reasonable ones out there. You'll have to keep on looking until you find the one that is perfect to start a long term relationship with.

Because most realtors dont understand what we are trying to do and so its easier for them to laugh at us and when they laugh and you just laugh at them too and walk away. Maybe the realtor didnt take seriously because you have a buyers list and though that didnt guaranteed any business. Just keep on looking and you will find the most prefect realtor to fit in your team.

You want an agent who will give it to you straight instead of sweet-talking his or her way to a quick commission. Referrals might be a good way to go if a friend or family member recently bought a house in the same community and had a good experience, but certainly not just if they know somebody who knows somebody.

because most of them are looking after the money, the commission they can get after you sign up. they dont even care,, how you can be in a long run..

Well, it is their loss. They are after a quick buck and Wink Most of them do not care and do not want to know. I Bet that Realtor was not even a successful one. In any business and every day life the motto is " to treat people, like you want to be treated". You built business and long relations that way. I am in this business because I love helping people and I like a challenge. Do not be discourage, keep on trying and you find the perfect match!!
