None of us would want to be employees for life, so we often dream of having our own business someday and be the our own boss. It is just so easy to dream big but too hard to make that dream into a reality, especially when we don’t have the means. Provided, you have the burning desire to start up your own business, and you too had already come up with what kind of business you would want to indulge into. In addition, when you reach the capital part, the only way you can think of to finance your proposed business is to borrow money from the bank.

there are other options for funding your business but bank loans are the most common.  Private venture capital is another avenue though and if you have a compelling case it can be extremely beneficial, especially if you are willing so sell a stake in your new enterprise.
