Well to begin try to answer anything mortgage questios. People will appreciate your free advise and hopefully became your client. Make sure you add a signature with link to your website.

Depends on your knowledge regarding mortgage industry and or real estate. Read all prior post and answers. Educate your self ,as this industry is changing every day. Since 2007 300.000 brokers and LO has either lost their jobs or not able to survive this industry. Only the strong, the knowledgeable will stand.
