my cousin wants to know where she can get here license to be a loan officer.. can any one help? Huh?

That depends on the state. In California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license covers it.

I heard in Cali that the real estate license covers both real estate and mortgages. Is that right?

For me, I think internet searching could be the best that could be designated within your area, or even ask your friends if they have some knowledge about mortgage or real estate, or even chat in any chatrooms which is business-related. I hope that helps a lot.

In California a real estate license will allow you to do real estate and loans.
