My name is EARL . I am a 29 year old guy born and raised in Philadelphia . My idea: Is to buy a lot of homes that are priced very low and rehabbed them, then rent them out, and wait for the market to improve and sell them for a profit. What do you guys/gal think?

Really great idea.
The actual concept behind it is, homes and property are not just to live in. You can make a great profit buying and selling them. Most of the people do so, but the one more step you added is even more beneficial, which is to rent the home till the prices goes higher and you can make some profit.
