For the more experienced members here, I would like to know how many years you have to be a real estate agent before becoming a broker? In particular California.

usually 5 years experience or bachelor degree plus 8 classes

I think that bachelor degree requirement is a joke because you will have a bunch of 22 year olds running around being in charged of agents. No offense to the youngster, but they need years of real estate experience before they can govern a RE office.
