I agreed to buy a house and now I have changed my mind. How do I cancel?
Take note that I already signed a contract.

You unless your purchase agreement has a subject to financing or inspection, there is no way to get out of the deal. You can try to walk away and you will loose your earnest money for sure. The seller can also take you to court for performance of the contract, but that is rarely happens.
