I want to know if which job have a higher rate in terms of fees. Regarding this matter, which job would I prefer to work if there's an opportunity for me someday.

They are both the same. An agent works for a Broker. The Broker is the one that the clients make the contract with no the agent, who only acts as a rep of the Broker. So it is the same.
