My wife and I called about this home. We are newlyweds and decided its time to stop renting and move on to something bigger and more spacious. Well this place mind you has been for sale for ages. Its low enough to fit into our budget. Well we called they told us a price on the house. We asked to look at it over the weekend but the realtor said there companies policy is not to show it over the weekend. So we had it set up for first thing yesterday morning. We get there and she tells me that someone put an offer in and some money down just in case they were accepted. They showed it on Sunday. I was mad since we wanted to look at it on saturday. The realtor said it was a branch from another city that showed it. Well we continued to look through it, the right amount of rooms and everything, a nice office area for me huge yard and everything.

As we got to the application section for financing she told us a different price then what was earlier explained over the phone. We left and checked out their website that has photos and things of the sort. To our surprise there was another price on the house. So we have 3 prices and our dreams of owning a house is flickering away. What do we do in this situation with three different prices?

sounds like some dodgt tactics to me.  If the place is still around, you need to decide on your upper price level and base an offer a bit below that.  see what comes of it.

I think the best bet is to call her out on that.    Be very direct and ask why so many descrepancies?   Get to the bottom of it....put in the offer a bit under the max you can afford and qualify for a mortgage.

seller gets to choose, if they are happy with your offer they might take you.
Perhaps like the other person reply, If u want the house bad, make an offer to the amount you can, if u get CONGRATULATIONS! if you dont get it, look around somewhere else, sometimes eagerness isnt good, I seen my house and love it so much, i grab it right away, next thing i know, I didnt like the neighborhood and the cost of living in the area sucks. see what i mean..
