I read this today "series of mortgage-industry underwriting and appraisal changes taking effect this month is throwing new hurdles in the way of borrowers and loan officers." Better hurry and get your refinance done.

These new rules are great for competitive markets and will serve a good purpose.
It's always about the clients....take care of them regardless of new rule compliance and you will always come out on top.
