What's a mortgage PLR articles? I am research to build a site and I can across that.

PLR stands for private label rights. Basically, you purchase the articles and they are yours to do whatever you wish with them. Sell them, give them away, whatever.

just do not use alot of them on your website. they are not unique content and google does not
like that.

As long as you rewrite them at least 35% there should be no problem. I have used many Plr articles for my sites in the past with good results. Besides there's only so much you can write about regarding mortgages, so most of what you will write about has been written already, just in a different way.
