What is the best time to exercise?
...................................

My friends are telling that evening exercise is also good for health.
I thought "Only morning exercise is good."
I am lazy to wake up early in the morning to do exercise.
Any Ideas? Huh?

I too think so that Morning is more best than any other time because at this moment we feel more fresh & energetic. So I used to exercise at early morning. Kiss

"Research suggests in terms of performing a consistent exercise habit, individuals who exercise in the morning tend to do better," says Cedric Bryant, PhD, chief science officer with the American Council on Exercise in San Diego.
